Enroll into the NZST 2 Day Flight Attending taster where each student will be given an insight into the daily lives of a flight attendant. You will be able to gain knowledge on what the role of a flight attendant involves, what age, experience and qualifications you need, understanding how airlines recruit their crew. All these topics and more will be answered along with giving you and understanding of a day in the life of a Flight Attendant. There is so much to experience and learn about this amazing job

Day 1: WALT DISNEY WORLD (1 DAY: WALT DISNEY TASTER OPTION AVAILABLE ON 10/10/22) Learn about the roles available for our NZST students to work at Walt Disney World either as part of their course or after they graduate.

Day 2: TRAVEL & TOURISM (1 DAY: TRAVEL & TOURISM TASTER OPTION AVAILABLE ON 11/10/22)

This is aimed at ensuring you can see all the career opportunities that awaits you in New Zealand's largest industry.

Day 3: FLIGHT ATTENDING (1 DAY: FLIGHT ATTENDING TASTER OPTION AVAILABLE ON 12/10/22) You will get a real understanding of what this role involves and the airlines who employ Flight Attendants in New Zealand.

Day 4: CRUISE & HOTEL (1 DAY: CRUISE & HOTEL TASTER OPTION AVAILABLE ON 13/10/22) These two major areas of the industry will you excited about how a role in the industry can take you all over the world AND GETTING PAID TO DO IT!

Are you wanting to build your customer service skills to be able to build your confidence? Are you wanting to know how to provide customer service and respond to complaints and gain some excellent customer service knowledge?

Enroll into the NZST amazing Customer Service Taster where you will learn about communication and customer service that will help prepare you for your career. You will learn about different methods of communication, how to overcome barriers and some great questioning techniques. You will leave feeling more confident about communication and customer service.
