Why is learning someone else's story important?
Its very important to learn someone else's story because you never know what someone has gone through. You should never judge a book by its cover, it could have amazing stories inside. Millions of people are struggling everyday, and sometimes they need someone to talk to. Be that person that they can feel comfortable talking to.
1. What do you know now that you didn't before World Studies this semester?
I learned that there are tons of different reasons why people move, its not just because its not safe for them, or because theyre going hungry.
2. How would you describe your work habits? (do you participate? complete tasks? do your best?)
I try my best to put all of my effort into my work, and I complete tasks. I know I don't raise my hand, but I understand the concept and I'm always thinking about the question. I usually have an answer.
3. How would you describe your character? Did you demonstrate integrity, responsibility, respect, compassion, discipline and courage?
I personally feel like I demonstrate all of those, except courage. I really need to work on feeling comfortable presenting and raising my hand.
4. What topics are you curious to learn more about?
I really wanna learn about different countries, and what their day to day lives are.
5. What else do you want your family to know about how you did in World Studies this semester?
Theres nothing I can think of
