Reflection Questions:
What did you learn about the four food chains: Industrial, Industrial Organic, Local Sustainable and Hunter, Gatherer, Gardener?
I honestly cant remember much about the other ones, but I know that Industrial uses heavy pesticides, Industrial Organic uses pesticides but they're a million times less toxic, and Local Sustainable is just farmer markets or stores that get their food from the same city or state that they're in.
What is the “Omnivore’s Dilemma?”
Its a story about all the different food choices you can make. Do you want to hunt most of your food, pros and cons compared to the other ways of getting food, etc. Its just a story about how these different ways of getting his meals effected him and the animals he was eating. Is being vegan a good thing, should everyone be vegan, and why eating meat isn't always bad. Just commonly fought about or asked questions that hes stating his opinion on.
What did you like about this case study?
I hated the presentaion, but Ive honestly wanted to learn more about hunting and stuff since it's always been a big interest of mine.
