Elementary Teacher (Full-Time)

Job description

• Teaching English Language Arts / Mathematics / Home economics

• Homeroom teacher (include supervising the after-school program, recess)

    Teacher's responsibilities

• Teachers are responsible for preparing and teaching classes

• Filling out comments on student evaluations and attending special events. 

• Teachers are also required to conduct demonstration lessons for prospective students.

• All aspects of the job are covered in orientation/training and teacher meetings.

    Required qualifications

• Teaching license in the relevant subject(s) from an English-speaking university

• Two years of teaching experience 

    Length of employment

• 1 year (basic renewal) starting immediately

• Probationary period (3 months)

Pay and benefits

• ¥220,000/month

• Enrollment in Japanese social programs (pension, health insurance, etc.)
