1. All members must complete a membership application to be approved by AMCOM Boards.

2. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. dollars, personal dollar check, MasterCard, Visa,& Discover. The minimum amount for credit card purchase is $30. TDY members may not pay with personal checks.

N:B We don't accept American Express

3. Membership fees for the Commissary, & Recreation Center membership is together and only Official Full members are eligible (includes gym, pool and tennis courts).

4. Additional Fees:

$25.00 returned check (2 returned checks within 12 months will result in suspension of check acceptance)
$10.00 late payment

5. The association does not extend credit. Customers are required to maintain an available credit balance at all times. Members’ refundable deposits count towards their credit balance.

6. If a customer has a dispute on their account balance, they should inform AMCOM Management. If Management and the customer cannot agree on a resolution, the issue will be discussed with the Board of Directors. Board of Directors resolution will be final.

7. All members will treat staff in a courteous and professional manner. Misconduct may result in the termination of Membership privileges without refund of the membership fee.

8. If privileges are revoked all balances due to the association are payable immediately.
