Commissary store with a wide variety of dry and frozen grocery goods:
Dry goods : Chips & dips , nuts & snacks, Juices , Candies & Chocolates, breakfast foods, Milk , Soy and Almond milk , Wine & beer , Health and beauty products, cat & dog food, Baby products. Canned vegetables, soups ,tomatoes, beans . Cleaning products , laundry detergents and much more
Frozen food : frozen fresh and processed meat , Frozen vegetables and frozen ready to eat items. Frozen fish, ice cream and much more.
Commissary Returns:
All returns must be made within 3 weeks prior to the date of expiration of the product or 3 weeks from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first.
No return are accepted for frozen food
All returns that were purchased as gifts (i.e. not purchased on the members’ personal account) must be returned within the time period stated in #1. These items will be accepted for in-store credit only, no cash refunds.
Discounted items are purchased as is and are not available for refund.
Order individual bulk pre orders ( minimum 1 case )
All orders must be received in writing via email.
All orders will be one-time orders only. There are no recurring orders.
Special orders, regardless of the number of items ordered, will require a 50-100% deposit of the anticipated amount.
Upon arrival, all special orders will be charged to the members’ account. All deposits will be credited to the members’ account at that time.
All special orders must be picked up and any balance paid within 1 week of initial notification, unless the member is away on official travel.
At the end of the 3rd week, an officer of the Board will be notified of all orders which have not been picked up. At the end of the 4th week, all items not picked up will be returned to the shelves for sale, without further notification to the member. Any item that must be marked down due to expiration date or inability to be sold will have a corresponding charge for the difference to the account of the ordering member.
The second failure to pick up special order items will result in the loss of special order privileges for the remainder of the members’ tour.
Caution
1. If your order has soft chocolates - these will melt if shipped in a dry container. If shipped in a frozen container, to avoid a white residue when the product thaws, temper the product by raising the temperature 1-2 degrees daily until the storage or display temperature is reached.
2. If your order has Starbucks, Kraft, Nabisco, chips or other items with shelf lives as little as 4 weeks from the date shipped including domestic Frito Lay items 1006000 -1006299. These may be OUT OF DATE when you receive them.
3. If your order has diet soft drinks. These have a maximum of 92 days shelf life at time of manufacture and about 7 weeks from shipping. These may be OUT OF DATE when you receive them.
