Ways to Communicate: At Snow Springs we strive to get information out to families in multiple ways. We don’t want you to miss out on important information. We use:
School Messenger: At times a mass phone call is sent, while at other times a mass email is used. Families are responsible for updating personal information used by School Messenger. Please contact the front office for any updates.
Website: The Snow Springs website contains the school calendar, sliders on current activities, teacher contact information, and PTA and SCC information just to name a few.
Notes in the child’s backpack: They are sent home through the family rep. Please stress to your child the need to share those papers with you.
TV: The TV in our entryway is a great place to receive the latest news from Snow Springs.
Teacher Communication: We believe that partnering with parents will lead to the greatest success for each student. Open communication is the key to a great partnership. At the beginning of the school year teachers will establish with parents the best means of communication. Please feel free to include visits, email and phone calls as part of the line of communication, however, it is a school expectation that teachers are working with children during the school hours. That being said, teachers will be available to respond during their contracted hours before and after students are at school.
