Registration  

Polaris is unable to offer driving instruction to students outside of the school at this time. Please refer to the Charter/Private/Homeschool tab for more information.

If you would like to register for the online course or driving course, please fill out the following form and then email Angela Hill at ahill@alpinedistrict.org. You can register and pay for the course over the phone.  If you are interested in academic credit you will use your Alpine School District ID for your username. *If you are unsure what your username is or don't have one please contact Angela Hill (ahill@alpinedistrict.org (801) 610-8180). Angela Hill at Polaris High School can give you more information on this when you email.

If your student has never attended an Alpine District school before, you will need to bring in a birth certificate and proof of address to register them.
