I am a Talent Experience Manager in Consumer EE. I lead the EE Graduate Programme, Apprenticeships and our new EE Intern Programme. I am passionate about creating career pathways that are right for everyone and in particular shining a light on under represented groups. I love coming up with creative programmes and career pathways to solve problems that are close to my heart. I am also a mum to three children, Zachary, Imogen and Abigail and a fierce advocate of flexible working (I currently work as part of a job share) 

Halyna Maslak is a data engineer at BT. She obtained her MA in Technologies for Translation and Interpreting at the University of Wolverhampton (UK) and New Bulgarian University (Bulgaria). She also studied English Language and Literature at Chernivtsi National University in Ukraine. Halyna is a coding instructor at Code First Girls and passionate about helping people to switch to a career in tech. She likes learning languages, travelling, going to the theatre, and playing board games.

Also  over 14 years experience working at Yahoo in various roles across platform Operations Engineering and Product, finally as EMEA Senior Display Operations Lead.

Mentor/coach of one of the winning teams of young future leaders, I have been a mentor on the  Aleto programme since 2018, before I commenced at BT in 2020.

I am adroit in charting technology roadmap, setting up big data & advanced analytics teams, driving product innovation by AI/ML research, minimal viable products (MVPs), and production-ready solutions. I love to mentor young engineers across different start-ups, universities, and also publish articles in various international journals to contribute back to society.

I am a Senior Transformation Manager which means I help BT transform to stay relevant, innovative, and competitive whilst ensuring it has an engaging colleague culture. This can be through various methods of improvement whether delivering a lean continuous improvement transformation or implementing agile ways of working to deliver more value. 

Previous to BT I worked in consultancy which allowed me to work in many companies in a short period of time. And before that, I started my career in NatWest Group, in financial services. 

I have worked in 15 companies in the 14 years I have been working in multiple sectors including retail, public sector, insurance, health care, and banking. My roles have meant I have travelled the world and experienced so many work cultures. 

Firstly, before I talk about anything work related I will generally talk about home life, as I am lucky enough to have 3 beautiful children (Zachary, Imogen and Abigail) with my wife Amy. I live in Bromley (South London) and have worked for BT & EE for nearly 18 years. I have spent the majority of my career within the consumer division and in the last 18 months have moved over to Small Business.

My role in SMB is all about identifying and growing our Affiliate, Account & Referral opportunity that will rapidly expand our customer reach, taking SoHo propositions to market. I work rapidly, both internally and externally to identify, incubate and drive reach across compatible partners that can support across the whole SoHo lifecycle – from incubation to growth.

I have to use your internal and external networks, commercial savviness and strategic

capability to ensure we reach our customers through new and innovative ways, at pace. Along with identifying and growing Partnerships to open new routes to take SoHo propositions to market. This role will work rapidly, both internally and externally work internally to identify, incubate and drive new business.

A Product Manager, delivering enterprise grade broadband products that leaves a positive impact on the customers. Throughout my 10-year career, I have successfully tackled business challenges, improved processes, and delivered customer-centric solutions. My expertise spans broadband products, wireless devices, mobile apps, web products, and pre-paid mobile offerings.

I've been in BT for just over 18yrs, having joined on the grad program. Most of this time has been spent working in our Global unit. This has led me to really appreciate different cultures, as I work with colleagues, customers and suppliers around the world. I’m in product management, and love the collaboration involved in developing new products and services for customers. At home, I love to cook and bake with my 2 daughters. In Oct 2022, I took on the challenge of running the London Marathon, and raising money for a local charity, QEF. The experience on the day was amazing, but the 4 months of training, especially long runs in the summer heat, isn’t something I’m keen to repeat just yet…. I also did the Cancer Research Shine Night Marathon walk in London Oct 2021 which was …interesting. I’m on the lookout for new challenge ideas…

My name is Zubeda Khan but please call me Baida. I work for BT as a Training Delivery Professional within Learning and Development. I do have experience in other sectors such as Retail/Banking and other Customer Service roles. Within my current role I facilitate learning to different learning styles to develop an ease of personal learning to individuals meeting their needs. I bring the material to life for full engagement within the learning environment. I am passionate about development and have joined fast futures in order to be able to share my knowledge and experience and wish that these programmes where available when I was starting out in my career, I also have a mentor to assess how I do and look to keep on learning. In my personal life? 2 beautiful young kids. One of each. A vinyl fanatic, and I DJ / MC as a side hustle for the love of it.
