The Aleto Foundation is not a singular step on your journey. Our vision is to grow a vibrant and connected community of members who support each other and the Organisation throughout their career journey and life challenges.

Through the network we want to strengthen the link between the Board, the Organisation and our members, empowering you to play a key role in contributing to the strategic growth of the Foundation and our programmes.

This year with the creation of the first Alumni Advisory Board, we hope to foster an enterprising alumni arm of the Foundation, where members are given the opportunity to lead and demonstrate their skill sets to the wider Organisation as well as support the growth of the Organisation. 

Leadership may be spawned on the programme, however it is developed a step at a time thereafter, I encourage you to really get stuck in, be heard and be present.
