Rob Bloom is an established marketing, brand and communications leader with a proven
track record in developing the vision, strategy and structure to deliver brand and
commercial growth.
He is currently Chief Marketing Officer for Aston Martin F1 Team, responsible for relaunching a global icon back into the pinnacle of international motorsport. At Aston Martin F1, Rob has driven huge growth in the team’s global fanbase and commercial
portfolio, building the marketing operation from the ground-up.
Previously, Rob developed the McLaren F1 Team global fan engagement and brand marketing strategy, transforming McLaren to becoming the sport’s favourite team. He has held further roles at FTSE 250 companies and founder of a content marketing agency.
Rob is a regularly industry commentator and multiple award winner, including being named in the Leaders in Sport Under 40.
Marcus is the owner/founder of ZYNA a boutique search & advisory firm founded in 2012 that focuses on recruitment and addressing the issue of Black representation across corporate leadership in the UK and beyond.
Much of his career has been spent advising domestic and international clients across all industries, on their recruitment strategies and leadership development.
Most recently Marcus was a special advisor to the UK Prime Minister Office as part of the Commission on Racial Equality & Disparities report published in 2021.
Prior to ZYNA, Marcus was a former management consultant with Deloitte/Arthur Andersen with a proven history of applying analytical and strategic skills to develop creative advice for leading organisations.
Marcus has a strong and personal interest in Black equality and the movement to stimulate the debate in the corporate workplace at C-suite and Board level.
Kerensa Jennings is an award-winning digital leader and adviser who has held senior leadership positions in the private, public and charitable sectors. Selected by Computer Weekly among the most influential tech leaders in the UK, she has served on a range of boards including commercial companies, social enterprises, charities and government committees.
A former director at the Royal Household where she was CEO of a Royal social enterprise based at Buckingham Palace, she was previously the BBC's Head of Strategic Delivery. Her remit as BT Group Director of Data Platforms is helping BT transform from Telco to Techco. Kerensa is also a professionally qualified executive coach and a bestselling author.
Her current portfolio includes chair at the Centre for the Acceleration of Social Technology (CAST) helping the social sector with digital, data and design; Trustee at Sir John Soane’s Museum; independent Non Executive Director at Southern Water; chair at techUK Local Digital Capital Index Working Group; visiting professor of Media, Strategy and Communications at University of Huddersfield; Fellow at RSA; and Advisory Board member at Digital Leaders and at Digital Boost.

She started her career in property whilst working as an IT Project Management temp in Discovery. Identifying gaps in the organisations structure, she created a path for herself in the built environment building a successful, award-winning workplace team.
Eniitan has pioneered solutions in more than 30 international markets delivering technical, retail and office workplaces. She champions the relationship between culture, sustainability performance and workplace sentiment sensitive to a more socially aware diverse generation and has founded and chaired several ERG’s.
She is a Trustee of the Aleto Foundation where she also mentors and leads leadership programmes and is an advisor on the BPIC Board.
