Kristina is a ‘people focused’ enthusiast who is graduating from the University of Nottingham completing her Industrial Economics course this year. Kristina’s multifaceted nature led her to diversify her modules to include a Marketing Management module; she was rewarded the Oxford University Marketing Press award for student with the highest performance in the module out of approximately 300 students in 2021-2022.
Her zeal for marketing resulted in her participation in The Digital Marketing Academy, gaining a completer badge coinciding with her degree. To document her university experience, Kristina utilised digital social media channels and editing software, which she acquired proficiency through self-guided learning. This led to recruitment by the University of Nottingham to create marketing content. Moreover, marketing and communication knowledge was further acquired while interning at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), where her responsibilities encompassed internal communications, event coordination and leadership communications.
This hands-on experience provided her the opportunity to host a Town Hall with CEO of LBG, Charlie Nunn and Chief People and Places officer at LBG, Sharon Doherty. When Kristina is not producing lifestyle content for students, she is volunteering with food banks to reduce food deprivation and improve the nutritional status of individuals across the UK.

It's great because when a book has been adapted into a movie or TV series it can make for top-tier entertainment. I also really enjoy competitive sports, both playing them and watching them. Admittedly I think this is because I am just a naturally competitive person who doesn't like to lose, however, I support Chelsea so recently I have had to make a few personality adjustments.

In my spare time, I keep up on further reading about the intersections of politics and technology (where my dissertation subject, on domestic surveillance, sat) alongside more casual Sci-Fi and fantasy reading & television- but mostly look after my two young dogs.
