SENIOR DIVERSITY & INCLUSION MANAGER
I am proud to work in BT’s Diversity and Inclusion Team as a Programme Manager, pulling together all the amazing D&I initiatives across BT which has 100,000 colleagues globally.
I have been at BT for nearly two years and prior to this I have worked in Future Skills and Early Careers roles across a number of industries, including Retail, Investment Banking, Property and Transport.
This is my second year working on the BT x Aleto Leadership Programme and it’s by far the highlight of the summer. The creativity and energy put into the four days with world-class speakers and experienced mentors is something I have not seen replicated with any other employers I have worked with over my 15 years working with graduates and apprentices.
INDUSTRIAL PLACEMENT STUDENT
I am Joe and I'm an Industrial Placement student here at BT. I started in September and study Human Geography at the University of Manchester, with a focus on (in)equalities and urban development. I have worked on a variety of projects across the business this year and enjoyed getting to know plenty of people in the process. Looking forward to what the future may hold!
