Buddies play an integral role in the leadership programme and are an important part of the success of the delegates.
Buddies have all undertaken an Aleto programme previously and we are immensely grateful to our Aleto Alumni who step up and are supportive, informative and reassuring buddies to mentees.

I'm currently completing my PGCE in Secondary Maths so essentially I'm a maths teacher but still in training, I finish at the end of this month. An interesting fact about me is that I have a twin brother (but no I cannot feel his feelings or read his mind unfortunately). I like looking into conspiracy theories, I'd be happy to hear the most interesting one you have heard and whether you believe it or not. I also enjoy playing and watching football and I support Arsenal so this alone should tell you how much patience I have. I look forward to meeting you - feel free to ask me anything else

Proud to say that I’m a Aleto alumni from last years program and have previous experience from being a buddy from my time at university and BT. On top of this I currently reverse mentor one of our senior managers within the CFU I work in.
One of my main interests is travelling and remaining active as this gives me an opportunity to meet new people of different cultures which I find this incredibly rewarding.
I'm a final year Degree Apprentice Software Engineer at BT. I have been working at BT for the last 4 years, joining straight after sixth form.
