Enquiring Minds

Why study Enquiring Minds?

If you have academic curiosity and wish to explore a subject beyond the confines of an A Level course, Enquiring Minds is for you.

Across the year we will be producing four online academic magazines. You will learn how to research a topic of interest, side-line as a journalist, write entertainingly for an audience and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements and you can be studying any combination of A Levels to take this course. You will need however:

  • a genuine interest in any field or topic that you find fascinating

  • a desire to express your thoughts through writing and conveying what you love to others

  • a willingness to work as a part of a team and independently

Special features of the course

You will have the opportunity to contact either universities or industry-leading companies as part of your research. It will be a great way of seeing what is cutting edge in the field you are interested to enter once you leave education.
