Academy Council

Jonathan is the Headteacher of a Gloucestershire secondary school and lives locally to The Ridge Academy. Jonathan has 11 years working in secondary leadership both in Gloucestershire and London. He hopes to bring this experience to supporting The Ridge.

Jayne has been a teacher for 27 years and has worked in a variety of schools from maintained schools to large Multi–Academy Trusts. Currently, she is a Teacher of Computer Science. Before moving to Gloucestershire in 2014, Jayne lived and worked in the West Midlands. She has three children, two cats and can often be found running or mountain biking on local hills. 

Elliot is currently employed in the central team at Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), which supports The Ridge Academy. He works in a network improvement and engagement role to support the progress of the trust's 57 schools.

Before joining AET, Elliot worked at the New Schools Network (NSN) on the organisation's free schools and governance programmes. He championed education reform through campaigns, reports, and policy engagement in this role.
