Tendring Technology College

Tendring Technology College is a large split site comprehensive schools for students aged 11-18, located in the pleasant village of Thorpe-le-Soken and the historic town of Frinton-on-Sea. Thorpe Campus is situated in the village of Thorpe le Soken. It serves students aged 11-14. Our Frinton Campus serves the needs of students aged 14-19. We take children from a large area surrounding the College but also as further afield as Harwich and Colchester. We are a true comprehensive school and serve the needs of every type of child from fairly financially well off families to the students from parents who are not working or disabled. In September 2017 the Autism Support Centre opened, which provides support for children with high functioning autism and services the North East region of Essex.

We are commited to helping students understand their role in a globally interdependent world and to explore strategies by which they can make it more just and sustainable. Our amazing teachers have expertise in ICT, training and leadership as well as comprehensive subject knowledge.
