To make a referral for an AT Department Staff member to consult with your IEP team for any of the following reasons

• AT Professional Learning for the entire District

• AT Professional Learning for the entire school Building.

• Consultation with the school team regarding AT within a classroom.

• Consultation with the school or IFSP team regarding AT for an individual student.

You can complete the AT Help request form and someone from the AT Dept. will follow up with you.
