    • How much is the purchase? How can I pay?

    • Postage cost?

      • What would you improve on the next time?

      • Tip: Use the step-by-step execution to pinpoint areas of reflection

Sample Transaction Video

An actual conversation between a 4-year-old and 6-year-old child.

Step-by-Step Execution

Tips for Parents:

  • During conversation, ask questions. Examples:

    • Instead of instructing a child to ask for bank account details, Ask “how do you pass papa’s money here to the seller?”

    • Instead of instructing a child to provide address, Ask "how do the seller know where to send the item?"

  • Step back during the transaction process (with the exception of banking transaction)

  • Repeat purchases using reflection notes. Practice makes perfect!
