Before contacting the seller, make a list of questions:
- More information about the product?
- What will I get exactly (if I purchase)?
- How much is the purchase? How can I pay?
- Postage cost?
Transaction: Contact the Seller and execute! Parents---step back.

An actual conversation between a 4-year-old and 6-year-old child.

During conversation, ask questions. Examples:
- Instead of instructing a child to ask for bank account details, Ask “how do you pass papa’s money here to the seller?”
- Instead of instructing a child to provide address, Ask "how do the seller know where to send the item?"
Step back during the transaction process (with the exception of banking transaction)
Repeat purchases using reflection notes. Practice makes perfect!
