Many courses at popular universities (SNU, Korea University, Yonsei) are taught in English. Underwood International College is also a great option.
Many scholarships available for international students
Each University has it’s own application process. There is no common online system.
Thorough research is recommended on general eligibility as there are many variations of the eligibility and admission process for the special category of Korean students living abroad. Check University websites for more information
The Korean Government has set up different processes to attract back home expat students.
Yonsei University has mentioned to us that they understand how rigorous IB is so AP is not needed.
Let Higher Ed know by mid May if you are Korean and applying to Korean universities. As your window to apply could open in July and school needs to prepare certain documents for you. Predicted Grades and School Testimonial will only be given sometime in early August.

Complete this 'certificate of studies' request form and submit it to her.
Official enrollment certificate from years 1 to 6 and expected graduation certificate
3) Fill up our Predicted Grades request form by 15 Aug.
Approx. From SGD$7,433 to SGD$38,48 per year
Typically ranges from SGD$300 to SGD$500 per month. On-campus options are generally cheaper and convenient but might have limited availability.
Rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can range from SGD$700 to SGD$1,000 per month, while outside the city center it might be around SGD$500 to SGD$800.
Monthly grocery bills can range from SGD$200 to SGD$300, depending on personal eating habits and dietary preferences.
An average meal at an inexpensive restaurant costs around SGD$7-SGD$10, while a three-course meal at a mid-range restaurant can cost between SGD$20 and SGD$30 per person.
Most Korean Universities admit new students twice a year.

QN 1: I am applying to Korean Universities, as an overseas Korean whose curriculum has been completed abroad, by July 11th 5pm.
In the process, I need these documents from school by the first week of preliminary examinations:
Official transcript from years 1 to 6
Official enrollment certificate from years 1 to 6
Official high school (expected) graduation certificate
Record of my CAS activities so far for my extracurricular activities, volunteer works, etc., with the principal's seal or signature if they are not original copies.
However, I am unsure where to obtain these documents, especially for CAS, since the deadlines are in August.
Thus, I would like to ask when and where to obtain these documents.
ANS: Each Korean university has its own deadline. You will need to let Higher Ed & Careers Dept know by mid May if you are Korean and applying to a Korean university that has a July deadline.

Applies to Non-Korean citizen applicants with non-Korean citizen parent(s)
If applicant and applicant’s parent(s) renounced Korean citizenship,
Must have obtained citizenship of another country before entering high school
Official documents (i.e. declaration of loss of nationality, family relations certificate) must be provided as evidence
This applies to Koreans who completed 12 years education outside of Korea (primary, secondary, high)
Some universities like Yonsei also has another category for Koreans - "3 years overseas".
