This page presents the key indicators relating to your equipments:
Charts can be calculated according to some filtering options:
Criticality
Operation type
Assignee
Period of time
...etc...
TOP 10 OFFENDERS pie chart shows the 10 machines presenting the most Critical score for a selected period.
Limited to visible machine and Advices (Accurex and/or Expert) based on the user access rights
Score formula= [Machine Criticality [0.5, 1, 2, 3] * spent time with an CRITICAL expert advice for the selected period ] / 30 ; with 0.5 = Undefined, 1 = low, 2 = medium, 3 = High
only machines with score > 0.01 are presented
only approved advice are considered.
Example: If a machine has a Critical advice following a measurement on 01/01/2023 and no further measurements have been done until the end of the year, then the actual score is 10/10 for the year 2023.
MONITORING HISTORY pie chart shows the repartition of number of machines per advice category along the time. This chart is very usefull to survey efficiency of a maintenance strategy by showing if ratio of machines with a GOOD advice increase or not along the time.
Only approved advices are considered
Limited to visible machine and Advices (Accurex and/or Expert) based on the user access rights
ratio can be calculated per month and/or per year
Example: Globally, we can see total amount of surveyed machines has evolved a little and ratio of machine with GOOD advice is quite stable along months.
HEALTH pie chart shows the total number of monitored assets as well as their distribution by state of health. Four categories are presented:
CRITICAL: Observed vibration levels could generate damages! Corrective action must be scheduled immediately
FAIR: Observed vibration levels are not acceptable for a long time continuous service. Action conceivable during scheduled downtime.
GOOD, EXCELLENT: Observed vibration levels are good/excellent (new machines) for a long time service without restriction
NO ADVICE
ACTIVITY pie chart shows the total number of maintenance Work Orders (WO) and their distribution according to their progress:
Open: Quantity of "Opened" or "In progress" WO whose due date is beyond the next week
Soon overdue: Quantity of "Opened" or "In progress" WO whose due date is current next week
Overdue: Quantity of "Opened" or "In progress" WO whose due date has passed
Closed in the last month
Pie chart can be filtered in order to calculate statistic relating to a few part of elements and access directly to the corresponding list of equipments or work orders - Example: see the list of equipements with "high" and/or "medium" criticality and presenting a "Critical" expert advice
