3 concepts to organize and protect data

• Domain is the highest hierachical level of your data. It can contain one or more databases and many users accordingly the subscribed plan (Starter, Booster, Custom)

• Database contains one or more assets with all measurements, reports, images and history of diagnostics.

• Users are declared into one domain and can access to one or more database according to a role - ie: administrator, analyst, technician or customer

Example:

1 monitored machines is created into 1 database and this database is assigned to 1 domain

1 domain can contain 

• 1 or more databases

• 1 or more users

1 database can contain 1 or more machines and/or locations

1 user can access to 1 or more databases according to a role per database

User roles & privileges

• administrator No restriction but limited to his domain

  • can add/edit/remove users

  • can enter/change domain license

  • ...etc...

• analyst idem administrator except:

• can see only machines/databases he has accesss

• can see only alerts of machines he has accesss

• can not manage domain

• can not manage users

• technician idem analyst except:

• can see only WOs assigned to him

• can not manage WO (create, update, delete)

• limited access to the “Inbox”:

  • can see only his machine into the inbox

  • can not manage assets tree (create, update, delete)

  • can affect an asset to an existing location

  • can move only assets coming from inbox

  • can merge an asset from inbox

• can acknowledge alerts only with comments

• customer idem Technician except:

• can not access to the “inbox” (button is not visible)

• can not access to the WO list (button is not visible)

• can not create a WO (button is not visible)

• can see only “advice” ; “alarm” and “live” buttons are not visible

• can not see alerts list

• can not change images of location or machine

• can not access to the vibration details

• can not acces to the alignment details

• can not upload, rename or delete archived documents
