Groups and assets list presents all monitored locations and equipments. It propose different view and display modes with many filtering/sorting capabilities. Displayed informations - ex: advice, recommendations, alarms, trends, alerts ... - are depending on the connected user in order to adapt information according to the user role - ex: analyst, technician, ...
3 distinct views can be selected:
Advice to see the latest recorded expert advice (Critical, Fair, Good or No advice)
Alarm to see the latest recorded alarm status (Danger, Alarm, PreAlarm, Ok, None)
Live to see the instantaneous alarm status (Danger, Alarm, PreAlarm, Ok, None) for groups and assets monitored with real time acquisition device - ie: MVX device
3 distinct displays can be selected:
Hierachy to see all your groups with a stacked bar showing the repartition of assets according to advices, alarms or live status
Flat to see all your assets in a single list with lates advice, alarm or live status
Map to see all your groups with a pie chart showing the repartition of assets according to advices, alarms or live status and all presented onto a picture of the parent group
VIEWS Advice - Alarm - Live
Advice view + hierarchy display
By default, any user can see Advice view to see the latest expert advice for all his groups of assets. "Advice stacked bar presents a quick overview of all contained assets and help you to identify immediately where the most critical expert advices have been issued and apply recommendations"

List of potential expert advice:
CRITICAL: Observed vibration levels could generate damages! Corrective action must be scheduled immediately
FAIR: Observed vibration levels are not acceptable for a long time continuous service. Action conceivable during scheduled downtime.
GOOD, EXCELLENT: Observed vibration levels are good/excellent (new machines) for a long time service without restriction
NO ADVICE
Alarm view + hierarchy display
Authorized users can click on Alarm view to see the latest stored alarm for vibration and/or alignment. "Alarm stacked bar presents a quick overview of all contained assets and help you to identify immediately where alarms occured and start analysis"
Details of % vibration status ; the same philosophy is used for % alignment status --> quantity of machines per alarm status
List of potential machine alarm status:
DANGER: at least one monitored parameters value exceeds danger thresholds
ALARM: at least one monitored parameter value is between alarm and danger thresholds
preALARM: at least one monitored parameter value is between pre alarm and alarm thresholds
OK: all monitored parameters values are below pre alarm thresholds
Unknown: monitored parameters have not been measured or calculated
IMPORTANT: Vision ignores relative alarms and presents only absolute alarm status.
Live view + hierarchy display
This list present only groups with at least one asset monitored with a real time acquisition device - ie: MVX. Presented information are directly coming from acquisition device and are automatically and periodically refreshed on the screen - see "Live view update cycle" settings:
%vibration status shows the live alarms status statistics of the group (based on hard parameters only)
live update show the date and time of last refreshment
%instrument status shows the live instrument status statistics of the group - ie: OK, not reachable, sensor defects, ...

List of potential instrument state:
Unreachable: Device is not connected to the network or is not reachable
Started: Device is connected, reachable and acquisition configuration has been started
Off: Device is connected to the network and is reachable but no acquisition has been started or acquisition has been stopped. Device is ready to receive an acquisition configuration from NEST.
Sensor defect: Raised if at least one used sensor presents one of the following defect (open circuit, short circuit or overload)
Unknown: instrument state can not be detected for an unknown reason
DISPLAYS Hierarchy - Flat - Map
Hierachy display
Independently of the selected view (advice, alarm of live), user can select a hierarchical (or grouped) display in order to see the list of his groups contained into the selected group in the entreprise tree. Each group is presented as a located onto the parent group picture.
Group list presents following informations:
Name name of the group ; click on this name to navigate directly to this location
Assets number of machine contented into the group and all sub groups
Advice or other information are depending of the selected view - ie: advice, alarm or live - and are similar with the Hierachical display
Flat display
Independently of the selected view (advice, alarm of live), user can select a flat display in order to see the list of all his assets contained into the selected group and sub groups. All assets of all sub groups are presented in the same list independently of their parentship:
Asset list presents following informations:
Location name of the first parent ; click on this name to navigate directly to this location. Name of parent database is displayed in italic text
Machine name of the machine ; click on this name to navigate directly to the correponding asset home page
Depending on the selected view (advice, alarm or live) ; for "advice" view, the following information are displayed:
Advice latest approved expert advice
Date date of the latest approved expert recommendation
Recommendation detailed text of the latest approved expert recommendation
Criticality criticality level of the machine ; use this property in your filters in order to focus your effort on the most critical asset
Map display
Independently of the selected view (advice, alarm of live), user can select a map display in order to seen the list of his groups contained into the selected group in the entreprise tree. Each group is presented as a widget located onto the parent group picture.
Widget presents some specific new informations:
Name name of the group; click on this name to navigate directly to this location
Pie chart display number of asset per status category (advice, alarm or live)
Asset Qty Total number of assets in the group all sub groups cumulated
Last update display the date and time of the last measurement made for this group whatever the machine
Widget is automatically updated according to the selected view:
Advice view widget displays expert advice statistics of the group
Alarm view widget displays machine alarms statistics of the group (all sub groups cumulated)
Live view widget displays live statistics of the group ; 2 categories are proposed
Alarm (live) widget displays live machine alarms statistics
Instrument (live) widget displays live instrument defects statistics
Parent / location picture can be changed by clicking on "Upload image" button. Select a new image file and click on save. This new image will be used by Vision and NESTi4 automatically:
