notes, maintenance action and feedback

A Machine history can be enriched by adding Notes, Maintenance action and feedback on a recommendation.

Feedbacks

For each recommendation, the user can add feedback on the recommendation.

The feedback has 4 states:

It requires a title and a note (compulsory). Attachement can be added and will be saved in the database.

The feedback appears in the recommendation and can be deleted (return to no state) when it is open.

Maintenance actions and notes

Maintenance action and notes can be added to a machine. They will appear in the lifeline table, in the timeline and the history table.

They both requires a title and a note (compulsory). The maintenance requires in addition an action date (the date of when the action took place).

Attachement can be added and will be saved in the database (the the feedbacks).
