This page present you a global and up to date overview of your machine with the latest information regarding its health and activity
Machine widgets:
Image: picture of the asset
Alerts: aggravating alarm status change and/or instrument defects detection tracker
Vibration: latest vibration (CRITICAL, FAIR, GOOD, NO ADVICE) with the corresponding measurement date
Alignment: latest alignment advice (BAD, FAIR, GOOD, NO ADVICE) ) with the corresponding measurement date
Task Activity: quantity of active task concerning this asset
Criticality machine criticality (Undefined, Low, Medium, High)
Archive: list of uploaded documents for this asset (analysis reports, ...)
Machine detailed panels:
Asset home page presents a unique URL address per machine and can be copied/pasted into any external application - ie: CMMS, ERP, ... - to offer you a direct access to this machine overview

By default, image is downloaded automatically from RT300 apps and/or Nest i4.0.
Click on the image to change change it by selecting any image file from your computer.
The same image is visible into Vision and NESTi4.
Expert Recommendations
History of expert recommendations is presented with the latest at the top of the list
[+] button allows you to expand details of recommandation with corresponding defects matrix
List of recommendations can be filtered & sorted according to any presented column
Alerts
This widget presents 2 trackers of events on the machine since the beginning of monitoring for this machine or the latest acknowledge:
Vibration alarm status shows the time spent by the machine in each alarm state
Instrument status shows the time spent by the instrument (MVX) in each state

This tile presents the current vibration alarm status of the asset corresponding to the latest measurement :
Click on this vibration tile to open the vibration detailed panel
OK all parameters values of the machine are normal
preAlarm at least one parameter of the machine presents a preAlarm status
Alarm at least one parameter of the machine presents an Alarm status
Danger at least one parameter of the machine presents a Danger status
Unknown when machine has no measurement or no thresholds values
Alignment status
This tile presents the current alignment alarm status of the asset corresponding to the latest measurement :
OK all parameters values of the machine are normal
Alarm at least one parameter of the machine presents an Alarm status
Danger at least one parameter of the machine presents a Danger status
Unknown when machine has no measurement or no thresholds values
Click on this alignemnt tile to open the alignment detailed panel
Click on Get report link to download the latest expertise report. This function is available only for Machine Defender App and/or when machine has been concerned by a Service Request task - see Task management
Task Activity
This tile presents the quantity of active tasks (or work orders) concerning.
The color of text informs how tasks are overdue or on the time:
N (blue) all work orders have a normal due date
N (yellow) at least one WO has a due date during the next 7 days (a week)
N (red) at least one WO is overdue

Archive
This tile presents the quantity of documents attached to this asset.
By default, the following reports are automatically added in this archive:
Machine Defender app Report
Horizontal and Vertical Shaft Alignment app Reports
Advisor Service Request Reports (NESTi4 analysis report format)
List of document presents the following information:
Date when document has been imported into the archive. If document is a RT300 then this date correspond to the measurement date.
Type mentions if the document if a vibration report, alignment report or other type
Name presents the name of the document. It can be changed by clicking on the pen icon
