This handbook is a summary of guidelines for informational purposes only and should not be considered in any way as creating any right, contract, or guarantee of continued employment, benefits, or working conditions between an employee and the organization. At any time, the company may unilaterally change, supplement, or discontinue any of these guidelines.

Homecare is an “at-will” employer and employees have the right to resign from their job at any time for any reason or for no reason at all, with or without advance notice. The organization retains the same right with respect to the termination of any employee’s employment (employment at-will). Nothing stated by the company in this handbook or orally is to be construed as creating a contract of employment between employees and the organization.
This edition of the employee handbook supersedes and replaces all prior editions, which are hereby declared null and void.
