RESOURCE COORDINATION OVERVIEW
The ABC Resource Coordination team plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and coordination of community engagement initiatives among 13 different communities within Cincinnati Public Schools.
Department Structure
This team is made up of 1 Senior Manager and 14 Resource Coordinators.
The head of this team is the Senior Manager of Resource Coordination. The Senior Manager of Resource Coordination is based out of the ABC Office and reports to the organization’s Deputy Director.
There are 14 ABC Resource Coordinators. Each individual resource coordinator is based out of their respective Community Learning Center,* and reports directly to the Senior Manager of Resource Coordination.
*Community Learning Center (CLC) – The Community Learning Center is a school in which the Resource Coordinator is based out of. The reference to a school as a CLC adopts a holistic approach to education and community engagement. This model aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that not only focuses on academic achievement of students but also recognizes the importance of prioritizing engagement between the school and the community in order to develop more thriving communities that ultimately work to increase the quality of support that students receive.
