Overview
At ABC we strive to support employees by offering memberships to common athletic associations and opportunities for professional development. ABC sees professional development as an important aspect of continuing career growth and striving to reach goals. Goal setting plays a significant role in the success of our operations and will be discussed every year during end of year evaluations and revisited throughout the year during meetings with the Senior Manager of Athletics.
End of Year Evaluations
All Athletic Directors will have an end-of-year evaluation with the Senior Manager of Athletics to discuss performance, goals and general feedback from CPS Athletics, your school principal, ABC and any other constituents.
