Key Worker System

The Key Worker will ensure your child is settled in nursery and build a strong relationship with them, getting to know them, their interests and skills. The Key Worker will be your main point of contact if you have any queries or concerns about how your child is getting on in nursery. Every term you will have a meeting, or phone call, to discuss your child’s progress and to set targets for that term. Your child's Key Worker will share suggestions for home learning to further support your child to meet their next steps in development.
