Google Earth for Chrome is an entirely online composite of Earth approved for all students and staff. A combination of satellite, aerial and street view imagery has been used to create a digital version of our world that any user can explore for free, from any web-enabled device. It provides immersive geographic experiences, enabling users to zoom in on any location, view 3D buildings and terrain, and access historical imagery. Users can also create their own projects to take others through guided tours of related locations.
