All AACPS teachers and students have access to the Google Applications listed below unless otherwise noted. You may be required to sign in using multi-factor authentication when accessing from home.

Google Meet

Google Meet is a video conferencing platform that allows users to hold virtual meetings, classes, and group discussions. It supports real-time collaboration with features like screensharing, chat, and live captions.

Note: AACPS students cannot start Google Meets with their AACPS credentials.

Google Chat

Google Chat is a messaging and collaboration platform that allows users to send messages, share files, and have real-time conversations with colleagues, either individually, or in teams.

Note: Google Chat is not available to AACPS students.

What Chat is good for:

Communicating quickly with colleagues and teams
