Registering for Courses

Please note that priority registration for the Spring Trimester will be given to students who have not yet achieved the Apex+ requirement for the year.

Notes for Seniors

Seniors are welcome to request enrollment into Apex+ Applied Arts classes and Projects - and to audition for Ensembles.
Students in Years 1, 2, 3, and seniors that began the high school program in grade 10 and have not yet met the full Apex+ requirement will get priority scheduling over students in grade 12 that have already met the Apex+ magnet requirement.
There is no guarantee you will be enrolled in a class that you have requested, as students who must still meet requirements will have scheduling priority.
If you are granted enrollment for a course, project, or ensemble - you must commit to the full opportunity, being aware that some of the opportunities (Ensembles and Spring Trimester Projects) may extend beyond seniors last day and/or graduation.
If you do participate in Apex+, you are still eligible to earn transcript credit.

Dropping Courses

When a student requests to drop a course, it is best that it is done as soon as possible, particularly in the case of Projects which are collaborative in nature. Use the drop form below to drop a course.

If a student must drop a class after it begins, they forfeit the hours from that class or project and will need to make sure to schedule opportunities in other trimesters or in the Virtual Lab to complete the 45 hour requirement.
