A Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) is a locally administered, electronic data collection system that stores longitudinal person-level information about persons who access the homeless service system. Will County Center for Community Concerns is the HMIS Lead Agency for the Will County Continuum of Care (CoC). The software used in Will County is ServicePoint by Bowman Systems, L.L.C. If you have questions about our system, please contact Brent DeCarlo, HMIS System Administrator at HMIS@wcccc.net.
Data is only as important as how it is used. Our CoC maintains a various data sources and reports, some of which are submitted on a regular basis to the HUDHDX (Homelessness Data Exchange) and others are used for local planning and performance evaluation purposes. More information about some of these sources/reports as well as links to view/download these reports are included on our Data Page located at Will County CoC Data.
