WCCoC Reports Continuum Wide Reporting
ART Gallery Reports: 0323 - "Program Demographics" This reports provides a breakdown of client demographics and other client related data for clients who were actively enrolled in a specified program (or programs) during a specified period of time based upon their entry and exits dates and/or shelter-stays.

ART Gallery Report Growth Measurement Series" - 0114 Measuring Growth by Clients, 0115 Measuring Growth by Services, 0116 Measuring Growth by Providers, 0117 Measuring Growth by Program Entries, 0119 Measuring Growth by Program Exits. Reports in the Growth Measurement series examine growth in different areas—clients, services, providers, entries, exits, and referrals—of interest to users in an implementation. You can use these reports to measure growth of a program, program type, CoC, or the entire system. Users can measure growth between any two points in time, thereby giving the ability limit the amount of data pulled into the report. The values of the tables in the reports are expressed as percentages so you can compare growth between areas or across time periods.

ART Gallery Reports: 0350 - "Program Evaluation Toolkit for 0550/0551/0552"
Explore the composition of the entry exits comprising your program's outcomes. This report series, designed to be used in conjunction with the corresponding outcomes reports, allows you to see in one table the structural and demographic characteristics associated with your program’s outcomes during the time of the client's entry exit. Use the 0550-level report to determine the percentage of positive outcomes; use these reports to better understand the characteristics of those positive outcomes. Use of input controls allows the selection of all positive or negative outcomes to explore commonalities among entry-exit characteristics.
