Hannah grew up in Western Maryland, and got her undergraduate degree in 2017 at the University of Maryland; Baltimore County, where she did research with Dr. Mike Summers on HIV RNA. She continued to do a post bac fellowship with the HIV Dynamics and Replication Program with Dr. Eric Freed before matriculating in 2019 into the University of Michigan MSTP program. In 2022, Hannah joined the Moore lab and is working on evaluating roles of the Heparin Binding EGF-like Growth Factor and the Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor in lung fibrogenesis. Outside of lab, Hannah enjoys gardening and cooking, and is heavily involved in the medical school Biorhythms and Smoker performances.
