令和元年元旦記念北山杉挿し木体験と見学

今スギ花粉が問題になっていますが、北山には、花粉の出ないスギの品種、シロスギがあります。

私達は村おこし事業の一環として、このスギを挿し木で増やして、できた苗を無償で全国に配布する計画を立てました。

苗が出来上がるには2年かかりますが、令和元年元旦を記念して、5月1日から挿し木苗生産に取り掛かります

挿し木の体験や見学を歓迎しますので、参加を募ります。食事つきですので、予約制とします。

日時は、5月1日から3日まで午前9時から中川で行います。

Polinosis of Japanese cedars ( cryptomeria japonica ) has been a major health concern in recent years. Although this specific species called white cedar grown in Kitayama region does not produce pollen which affect human body. We have a project to plant cuttings of this species in commemoration of our new era Reiwa for the purpose of making a distribution nationwide for free. It takes approximately 2 years period for each cutting to reach certain maturity for the distribution. We will commence on their production on the first of May in 2019. We are also providing a tour for hands on trial for its planting process along with guided instruction. We are now collectng participants wishing to join this special event held from May 1st to May 3rd. The reservation will be handled on first comer first basis.
