Regarding the designation of preserved cultural landscape

The Agency for Cultural Affairs is a national organization which designate places with cultural landscape where we wish to preserve as creation of valuable life and culture. Among agricultural regions, they have already designated Tanada in Noto Peninsula. Among the regions of fishery, they have designated Funayado of Ine in Tango Peninsula. Among the regions of forest industry, they have been researching on the premise of designating the townscape of Nakagawa and Kitayama Cedars as such. If things things go well, it is likely that Nakagawa will be designated in the next few years.
