About Us

Established in 1984, the Temecula Valley Garden Club (TVGC) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. We are a nonprofit organization whose sole objectives are to encourage interest in all phases of home gardening, to promote better horticultural practices and conservation of natural resources and to aid civic organizations whenever possible. The TVGC has fulfilled its purpose and objectives over the years as demonstrated by its consistent record of service to its members and to the community, primarily in the areas of education and civic beautification.

The Temecula Valley Garden Club provides an opportunity for local residents, who share an interest in gardening, to come together and appropriately serve the community. In the past, TVGC has presented our annual flower show. The Club seeks, where possible, to partner with other local non-profit organizations, schools, and businesses to maximize resource gathering efforts for education and other community service projects.

In 2004 the TVGC became a member of the National Garden Clubs (NGC) and the California Garden Clubs, Inc. (CGCI). Our club has benefited greatly from membership in these organizations. In the future we look forward to supporting their many activities and, we hope that our purpose and objectives may reach beyond our local area.
