What Is Group Learning at HNPS (Horizontal Non-Permanent Surfaces) and What Is Its Rationale?
In addition to visibly randomized group learning at VNPS (Vertical Non-Permanent Surfaces), Mr. Ho also provides his students with opportunities for group learning at HNPS (Horizontal Non-Permanent Surfaces). Basically, the students work in groups of 3 or 4 to solve math problems at different difficulty levels at their table with a horizontal non-permanent surface, such as Wipebook flipcharts. Its rationale is just to provide a different classroom learning experience for students with different learning preferences/needs.
