Check List

Before your child is able to use the iPad at school the following is necessary:-

• two User Agreements - signed and brought to school.  Please take the time to read the policies through with your child and answer any questions that arise.

• student's school email account - set up.  Please sign into the Gmail and Google Drive apps with their school email address.

• iPad Settings  - in place as indicated on this site.  The restriction settings are for parent use only.  Your child should not have access to this area.

• passcode locked - set up for children to use. (For 2-6 students only.  Please NO passcodes for Kindergarten or Year 1 Students). Activate a simple passcode lock with a four digit number. Please give your child's teacher access to this passcode lock. Please use a different number to the restrictions code.

• a protective case -  in place. 

• clearly labelled - iPad and the case as well as naming the device digitally.

• all required iPad apps - installed as indicated on this site. 

• all non school apps - placed in a separate folder for home use.
