May Practice Schedule – Camp Lone Star Pool

Week 1: NEW swimmers only

(Swimmers that were not on the team last summer!)

Monday 4/28 - Thursday 5/1:

• 4:45 – 5:45pm: Tryouts for Swimmers needing to qualify & Small group practice for pre-qualified swimmers

Friday 5/2:

• 4:45 - 5:45pm: Practice for qualified NEW swimmers only

ALL Team Members 5/6 – 6/29

Monday – Friday

• 9-10 years old

  • May 4:30-5:10, After Memorial Day 7:00-7:40

• 7-8 years old

  • May 5:10-5:50, after Memorial Day 7:40-8:20

• 6 and under

  • May 5:50-6:20, after Memorial Day 8:20-8:50

• 11-12 years old

  • May 6:20-7:00, after Memorial Day 8:50-9:40

• 13 and up 

  • May 7-8, after Memorial Day 8:50-9:40

**Some modifications will be made to promote a healthy and happy experience for each swimmer.  The coaches will communicate with parents of swimmers that should move to a different practice group based on their skill assessment.

Practice Rules & Expectations:

• Arrive on time and ready to swim.

• Follow the coach’s instructions at all times.

• Always enter the pool feet first unless other instructions are given

• Respect teammates and maintain good sportsmanship.

• Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up of swimmers.

• HAVE FUN

Schedule Modifications will be made for the following events:

• Team Meeting: May 4th- Google Meets link coming

• Team Photos: Thursday, May 15th starting at 4:30 (Schedule coming)

  • Full Team Photo at 5:15pm

• Graduation: Thursday, May 23rd

• NO practice Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day)
