Register Here for the 2025 Swim Season
It takes approximately 70 people to run a meet. All parents are required to work during meets. Many positions are divided into first half and second half. Some positions are only available at home meets. If everyone works, then you may only be asked to work part of a meet on certain jobs. The team cannot function if there is no parental support. These meets are great fun, but take a lot of manpower.
Volunteer registration will be available starting May 12th! It is first come first served, so mark your calendars if you have your heart set on a specific job!
Each family will be responsible for signing up for volunteer shifts through the same system used for registration. Once the signup is opened, it will be a first come first serve signup. Only available shifts will be listed for selection.
You will be able to review your shifts and the points you have accumulated by logging into your account throughout the season.
The Coordinator in charge of your volunteer assignment will attempt to contact you to remind you prior to each meet. This is a courtesy and lack of reminder does not alleviate your responsibility. Please mark your calendars with your assignments.
If you are unable to fulfill the shift you requested, you should first cancel your shift in the system and then contact the Volunteer Coordinator. Failure to properly cancel your shift may result in penalty to include the buyout cost of $100. You remain responsible for your shift until the Volunteer Coordinator confirms a replacement has been found. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis by the board of directors to avoid penalty.
If you are unable to volunteer, you may recruit another family member or friend. **Please note: Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. Ready parents must be a parent, grandparent or guardian of a registered swimmer.
If you still cannot provide assistance, you may opt to "buy out" of helping (paid for during registration). The "buy out" option allows us to hire someone to do your job. (2025 buy out = $400 for the first swimmer in your family and $100 for each additional swimmer. )
