INTRODUCTION

Fitter & Faster is returning to Camp Lone Star in La Grange, Texas to produce a 2-day swim camp on May 11 & 12, 2024! This camp will help your swimmer improve their overall performance at swim meets and practices!

ESSENTIALS FOR FASTER RACNG (Ages 9 & over)
DAY 1 (Saturday, May 11):
  -> Session 1: The Fifth Stroke - Underwaters
  -> Session 2: Fast Starts

DAY 2 (Sunday, May 12):
  -> Session 3: Flip Turns, Open Turns & Finishes
  -> Session 4: Essentials of Sprinting & Mental Preparation
