Auditory Discrimination

Auditory discrimination is the ability to detect similarities/differences when listening to sounds. Children with speech difficulties may also have difficulties discriminating between sounds. Talk with your SLP to determine which types of auditory discrimination tasks will be most beneficial for your child / students.
