Checked Luggage Cost $25

• Must be paid by credit card at Pittsburgh.
• Leaving Costa Rica from Liberia checked luggage can be paid with cash
• Make sure to pack insect repellent (at least 15% DEET)
• Make sure to use your luggage tag from EF on your checked bag
• Personalize your checked luggage (Ribbon etc)
• Luggage locks CAN be used (remember your key)
• Luggage Strap around luggage recommended (American Airlines)
• Take a picture of your checked bag with your phone
• Include all larger bottles of liquids in checked bag (put in ziplock bags)

Carry On bag

• Pack one extra set of clothes (shirt, shorts, personal garments)
• rain coat
• light blanket if you get cold
• Reading material for plane
• Travel size personal items (Shampoo etc) packed in a clear ziplock bag
• Batteries packed in a clear ziplock bag
• Prescription medicine packed in a clear ziplock bag
• Copy of passport
• No large volumes of liquids (even water)

On Self

Spending Money

• Ef recommendation $50 per day max
• We will exchange dollars to Colons in Costa Rica
• American dollars used in Costa Rica need to be in good shape (via Wendy)
