Briggs-Rauscher

The Briggs-Rauscher oscillating reaction is a famous experiment developed by two California science teachers in the early 1970s. They built on the work of other chemists. While this is not the first oscillating reaction discovered, it is the first to be suitable for general demonstrations. Now that we have completed our work with chemistry the explanations should make a lot more sense than they would have when we began our exploration of chemistry with this very experiment!
