June 10 - 19

Rene & Walt Shwartzbuckle "borrow" a turnip-like vegetable called rapunzel from Witch Izwitch’s garden and she is certainly not amused!  With her henchmen, the Glumpwarts, she terrorizes them into promising her their firstborn child in exchange for their freedom.  We then jump ahead many years to Rapunzel Shwartzbuckle’s birthday.  The witch and the Glumpwarts show up and whisk Rapunzel away to a tower in the forest.  From here, a boisterously entertaining rescue attempt begins! Filled with plenty of action and fresh, hysterical characters, this show gives a new twist to an old story and a gentle message about the nature of beauty.

June 24 - July 3

When Dorothy’s house squashes the Wicked Witch of the East, she and her dog Toto set out on the adventure that has charmed millions.  With her friends, Scarecrow, Cowardly Lion, and Tin Woodsman, this remarkable journey takes them to the great Oz...  who will only grant them their wishes if they rid the world of the Wicked Witch of the West.  This musical adaptation will keep your toes tapping all the way down the yellow brick road!

July 8 - 17

King Vance brings Vilenity, his bride-to-be, to the castle, but unknown to him, the future stepmother is a witch who has designs on the kingdom.  Yes, the Magic Mirror reveals Snow White’s beauty to Vilenity, but this princess doesn’t meet any dwarves.  Instead, she seeks refuge with seven fairy godmothers!  Alas, they’re all trapped inside the cottage by you-know-who evil witch.  The bumbling godmothers manage to spring Snow by switching her with Sleeping Beauty.  Wait, what?!  Now Snow White is falling in love with Sleeping Beauty’s Prince Charming while one of Vilenity’s ex-henchmen attracts the attention of Sleeping Beauty.  Join us for a ton of fun with this delightful, twisted fairy tale romp!

July 22 - 31

Sent into the woods, Hansel and Gretel meet up with a number of peculiar characters.  A fiery troll guards his little wooden bridge.  Even more, an articulate owl, a forest sprite, and two hobgoblins are in the service of an evil (but extremely funny) witch.  She locks poor Hansel in a cage and feeds him nothing but cake!  Everyone will cheer Gretel as she outwits the crone and sets free all the children who have been turned into gingerbread cookies!  Every dramatic moment is brought to life, from the night spent in the woods to the discovery of the candy-coated little cottage. Join us for this sweet and charming musical adaptation.

August 5 - 14

When a girl wakes up in the forest, she has no memory of her past.  She can’t remember where’s she’s from or how she got there.  She can’t even remember her own name!  As she makes her way through the Misty Forest, hoping to somehow find her way home, she meets several fairy-tale characters — Hansel and Gretel, Rumpelstiltskin, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves, Cinderella and Rapunzel to name a few.  Some are helpful and some dangerous, yet all have information that helps our fair maiden recall her own story, eventually revealing her true identity as a princess.  This Princess’s quest to remember her true identity will keep everyone guessing to the happily ever after ending.

October 11 - 20

In this witty film noir fairytale spoof, Fairytale Land has been hit by a crime wave.  The Three Bears’ home was broken into.  The Three Little Pigs’ homes were destroyed.  Now Little Red Riding Hood’s grandmother is missing.  The crimes seem unrelated, at least if you listen to those shady Grimm brothers.  But could an evil mastermind be behind them all?  Something punny is going on!  Only hard-boiled detective Rumpelstiltskin and his wise-cracking partner Ugly Duckling can solve this wacky case.  Full of hilarious characters and snappy one-liners, this private eye parody is pure gold!

November 15 - 24

On Christmas Eve, the mysterious Godfather Drosselmeier presents Marie with an unusual Nutcracker.  That night she is awakened by a band of renegade mice, led by the evil Mouse King.  The Nutcracker, joined by a Ballerina, Feline Legation, and Mistress Clara, battle the rodents, and Marie defeats the Mouse King by hitting him with her slipper.  The heroes travel to the Land of Toys to rescue Princess Pirlipat from the wicked Mouse Queen.  The Nutcracker and the princess are reunited, the curse is broken, and Marie returns home with her toys to celebrate Christmas with her family. By adding splendid lyrics to Tchaikovsky’s famous score, this unique version of The Nutcracker tells the story of the ballet with all its magic and fantasy in a brand new way!
