Singapore UWC East Dragon's Den Invitational
2016 Dragon’s Den International Invitational Swim Meet
Hosted by the United World College of South East Asia (East Campus)
The SMST Buccaneers Swim Team, the flagship of St. Mary's sports teams has received an invitation to attend the Dragon's Den Invitational Swim Meet on April 22nd - 24th, 2016. We feel the opportunity to travel as a team abroad and compete in a high quality meet offers our swimmers a valuable experience, not to mention the fun, team building, and memories to last a lifetime. SMST is well known throughout Asia and the Pacific. We look forward to attending the Dragon's Den meet and reacquainting ourselves with other teams in the region.
A package tour is being prepared for swimmers and parents. The package includes airline tickets departing Haneda on Wednesday April 20th and returning Sunday April 24th. The team will stay
at the Grand Mercure Roxy Singapore for four nights. Transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport is being arranged. If traveling with parents, they may also make their own hotel arrangements. All other swimmers must stay with the group.
We are fortunate to continue to receive generous support from the St. Mary’s Association. As usual, the St. Mary’s Association will provide a travel allowance for each St. Mary’s student participating in the Singapore meet. Once again we would like to thank the SMA for all their hard work and assistance.
