Other things to consider for this event:
The girls on the team have all been given raffle tickets to sell. The potential prize(s) for the tickets that we pull randomly are the gift cards/donated items that girls from the team have collected from generous businesses in our area.
Athletes: Please remember to bring the raffle tickets that you have sold (The buyers name and contact information should be included in the ticket) and bring the donated items packaged in an envelop or other attractive container.
If you are an athlete that has not sold tickets and given the collected money to our booster club mom, start doing something NOW for the team!!
If you are an athlete that has not found a local business to donate something, consider donating a service or item for our raffle.
We also need to be prepared to formally thank the businesses that have so generously donated! Volunteer to send out the formal thank you cards! Arrange this with our team captain, Megan Hunt.
Captains: Be prepared to give a brief speech to the crowd on banquet night.
Be prepared to return your uniform on banquet night. Place your laundered uniform in a plastic bag. Include the "uniform return slip" with your uniform and check off your name on the list provided as returning your uniform.
