This guide will show you how to log in to Khan Academy using your SAS Google Apps account and also how to add your teacher as a coach.
Go to http://www.khanacademy.org/ and click "Log in" in the upper right.

Sign in with your SAS email address and your Google Apps password. After you click Sign in, you may have to click "Allow".

Click the drop down menu next to your username and click "Visit profile".

On the left side, click "Coaches".

Type your teacher's email address and click "Add coach".

If you have accidentally added yourself as a coach or added the wrong coach, you can remove a coach by clicking "Remove".
